After years of experience overhauling, building and tuning race spec cylinder heads for all forms of motorsport, Powermax Engineering Ltd have designed and manufactured a solid tappet conversion kit for some of the most common engines we deal with.

The original tappets in the RB25 engnes are hydraulic which can "pump out" due to oil starvation causing the engine to misfire and rattle.

Our upgrade kit replaces the hydraulic tappets with a solid version that we have designed to allow fitment without any of the issues that comes with hydraulic in race spec engines.
